Three simple steps that will allow you to reduce pain by 80% in 3 months

Shrug
Starting with your arms at your sides, palms facing inward. Keeping your arms straight, pull your shoulders up to your ears, stop for a second and return to starting position.









RAISED FRONT

Start with your palms placed in front of the thighs. Bend the elbows and rise with arms carrying weights up to the level of the clavicle.Pause, then slowly down.







LATERAL RAISE


    Lean forward with your chest facing the floor, arms hanging down, palms with your elbows slightly bent, squeeze your shoulder blades and raise your arms to the sides, parallel to the floor. Pause and return to the starting position.
