I can assume that we all hate blackheads yes? Well fear not my friends…there is a solution for that! Pun intended
It’s this nifty DIY Blackhead Removal mask/scrub that has only 2 ingredients and let me tell you, it works wonders! It can be used by men and women with excellent results. All you need is half of an orange (technically even less), and baking soda! You just mix them together to make a paste, apply to your face, let it sit for 10-20 minutes, then gently scrub it off. Easy Peasy!

This is usually my “go to” scrub since it’s so simple and I always have the ingredients on hand. The baking soda is gentle on the skin since its so fine, and the orange juice helps tighten your skin. I recommend doing this after a hot shower or steaming your face to open up your pores for better results. Your skin will feel much tighter after the fact and also feel extremely smooth. Rinse off with cold water to also help tighten skin and tone your face with some witch hazel. This helps your skin not feel as dry. I also recommend keeping a towel near by as the mask can drip, or once it hardens it starts to flake.
The original recipe was from Melissa Colgan- style editor at Mpls.St.Paul Magazine yet I can’t find the link
sorry guys! according to her this mask/scrub is also good for hormonal breakouts

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Baking Soda
6 teaspoons fresh squeezed Orange Juice
To Apply:
Gently apply over face avoiding eyes.
Allow to sit for 10-20 minutes (until mask has hardened)
Lightly wet your hands with cold water and scrub your face with the hardened mixture while removing it a little at a time
Make sure to rinse completely (the baking soda tends to hide in your hair line)
Tone with witch hazeJust 2 Ingredients! Baking Soda and Fresh Orange Juice!
Add Orange Juice to Baking Soda and Mix
You want a paste like consistency yet still a bit runny (so you can apply it)
This mask makes me look like an old lady with wrinkles…hmmm great idea for Halloween ya?
Once the mask dries up it starts flaking all over the place so be sure to keep a towel on hand. Also, Good luck making facial expressions hahah
